Relief Rethink
Relief Rethink is a flagship event that challenges participants to reimagine disaster relief infrastructure through creative design, strategic planning, and resource optimization. Over the course of three days, teams will engage in immersive, scenario-based rounds that simulate real-world post-disaster conditions. From planning evacuation strategies to creating blueprints and constructing scaled models of relief centres, participants will be tested on their ability to balance innovation with practicality while keeping human-centric needs at the core.
This event is not just about design—it’s about resilience, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving under pressure. By engaging with disaster management concepts in a hands-on manner, students will gain valuable insights into crisis response, resource allocation, and sustainable recovery planning.
